BrightDiamond is pleased to be able to take special orders for jewelry items. If there is a style of jewelry that you see that you would like to modify, please call us to see if we can accommodate you. We will work directly with our manufacturers to design a new piece of jewelry for you.

How do I place a special order?

Because our special orders are not on our website, we take special orders by phone only. Please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-362-3388.

What are some common special orders?

Some common special orders are:

·	Bracelets or necklaces in longer or shorter lengths

·	Jewelry set with a different gem

·	Matching earrings for a pendant or necklace

·	Rings in a ring size not listed on the page

What is the price of a special order?

Please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-362-3388 for a price quotation on a special order. Each piece of jewelry varies in price based on the modifications requested. The price for a special order is based on the market value of gold and/or diamonds at the time of the request. Once you request a quote for a special order, we will contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer usually replies within 1-3 business days.

How long does it take for a special order to be shipped?

Most special orders, including special ring sizes, take approximately 3 weeks to manufacture and ship. At times, a special order can take up to 6 weeks.

What is the return policy on special orders?

Because special orders are unique and cannot be easily re-sold, special orders can be returned to us within 30 days of shipment for store credit only.

Special Ring Sizes

How do I place an order for a ring size that is not listed on the page?

If you need a ring size that is not available in the drop-down box on the ring page, we may need to special order a ring for you in the size that you need. Rings can often by sized up or down one size, but some settings do not allow for sizing because the stone will not stay securely set. In that case, we would ask the manufacturer to create a special cast for the ring size you need, to ensure the setting of the stone.

What is the price of a special order ring size?

Most special order ring sizes do NOT have an additional price. However, if the size you need requires more gold or gems, the price may be different. We try to keep the price of special ring sizes very close to the price listed on our website, but there can be differences based on the current market value of gold or diamonds.
